Includes a large living+dining area, modern kitchen, single bath and two full bedrooms, one of which converts into a professional working office. Large windows and hardwood floors throughout.

The space

Apartment is a private unit on an upper floor of a secure, 24/7 door-person landmarked building with an elevator. Guests enter via digital security system. Paid laundry room on first floor.

Furnishings include a large L-shaped sofa, large-screen TV and full dining table. Primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Second bedroom includes a queen-size Murphy bed, converting the room into an office with a motorized standing desk, curved computer monitor and professional ergonomic chair. Bathroom is marble with a full-sized shower and tub. Kitchen is appointed with a full-sized gas stove, microwave, new refrigerator and dishwasher.
